Tri for the Cure - A Women's Triathlon provides
free Training Seminars designed to help you start the race and cross the finish line with ease and confidence.
Topics include everything from what to expect on the course, what to expect on race day, training tips and secrets
to the real question of what to wear! Our seminars will enlighten you and introduce
you to other Tri participants.

Tri for the Cure-A Women's Triathlon-is often a life

prepare for this
year's Tri for the Cure we offer these sessions
that will get
you the information you need, familiarize you with the
route, and even offer
coaching and training tips that will help you cross the
finish line. Info sessions are conducted by Bicycle Village's
own Ironman, Scott Geffre, Amy Downing, founder of the
Tri for the Cure and Colleen Cannon, Tri Spokeswoman and
former World and National Triathlete.

Tri for the Cure and Bicycle Village offer a series of
Triathlon 101 Clinics taught by BV's Own Ironman, Scott
Geffre. With more than 50 triathlon finishes, include 3
Ironmans, Scott is the region's best resource for all things
Tri. Scott will be sharing his wisdom on what to bring
to every race, how to master faster transitions, and most
importantly how to end your race feeling good and with
a smile on your face!

Tri Training Camp
Limited to 100 participants
The Tri for the Cure Training Camp is back
again. This year, we will offer a camp for Tri veterans
who are looking to better their race time and another for
beginners, both on the same day. This one-day
camp will take place at Cherry Creek State Park on Saturday,
June 28, 2008, and features a practice open water swim,
hands-on transition practice, bike skill training
and more.
A $75.00 fee will be charged for this camp.
