Register by Mail

1. Download and print an entry form - click here.
   TEAMS - please complete a registration form for each participant.
2. Complete the form and sign the waiver.
   
   
3. Mail the form with your payment (checks only) to:

   Littleton, CO  80123
   There is no walk-in registration at this location. Entries received without a signed waiver and/or without a check paid in full will not be processed.
   
4. Forms must be postmarked no later than Friday, July 27, 2012.
