The Tri for the Cure Training Camp is a great opportunity to work on your tri skills at the race site. This year, there will be options for both beginners and Tri veterans who are looking to better their race time. This 5-week training series is just the thing to get you ready for the Tri! During this comprehensive group training series, you will improve your swim, bike and run skills with workouts guided professional triathlon coaches. You will arrive on race day fully prepared!

Practice that difficult T2 bike to run transition out on the course at Cherry Creek Reservoir. Ride the course and run on part of the run course. Same as race day! Learn the course! Feel good running off your bike! Bike/Run training at Cherry Creek Reservoir. Train right on the course. Different workout each week. Class will focus on improving fitness, ease of running off the bike, intervals, hills, cornering and improving your comfort and confidence in the challenging T2 transition: getting off your bike and having a great run.

Pool Swim Clinics at The University of Denver - Swim
in the 50 meter pool! Learn to improve your swim skills. Work in the pool to
gain strength, endurance and confidence to swim in the open water. All ability
