This program of Tri Training Classes is designed by our own Coach Barrie. Take a series or drop-in for a single day to prepare you to finish the Tri for the Cure with a smile on your face!
Early in the season, it is important to include swimming and weight training. Most aspiring triathletes’ weak area is swimming. Therefore, it is important to get comfortable with the water and improve technique sooner than later. This will help ease your anxiety when it comes to open water!
Weight Training is also important early in the season to address your core strength and balance. Having a strong core will help your training in swimming, biking, and running. I will be holding many swim clinics and weight training sessions in the next 2 months to get a jump start on your training. Keep referencing the website as I will update clinic times throughout the month. Below is a list of clinics on the calendar currently. We will be holding other clinics in different locations later, but these first two are being offered in downtown Denver.
Veterans (those who have taken previous clinics before).
