This one-day camp at Hobie Hill (inside Cherry Creek State Park) features a practice open water swim, hands-on transition readiness, and bike/run skills training. Options for both beginners and returning athletes.

Early in the season, it is important to include swimming and weight training. Most aspiring triathletes’ weak area is swimming. Therefore, it is important to get comfortable with the water and improve technique sooner than later. This will help ease your anxiety when it comes to open water!
Weight Training is also important early in the season to address your core strength and balance. Having a strong core will help your training in swimming, biking, and running. I will be holding many clinics in the next 2 months to get a jump start on your training. Keep referencing the website as I will update clinic times throughout the month.
